- You explain your concerns and we test to that.
- The test data reveals which sensor is best suited to your unique application.
- We help you understand the best qualifying sensor for your use case.
This comparative testing program we developed is to help you make informed decisions on the flow & level switches. This program uses industrial techniques and military standards as a measure of sensor durability. It provides you with information not found anywhere, except through specialized laboratories. To date, we don’t know of any liquid level or flow switch manufacturer that has their own in-house test facility capable of providing this. The program encompasses comprehensive vibration & shock testing, to show you how flow & level switches from different manufacturers withstand standardized tests and shows insight into product performance.
Some of the typical testing we do; Under published electrical loads, include monitoring the electrical resistance of the reed switch contacts during, an array of different tests including, hammer shock blow, multiple amplitude and frequency vibration testing, contact resistance rise at the temperature changes, and much more. Tests identify in detail what particular environment a sensor may experience a problem. This data allows us to focus on the solution.

Completed reports will show you exactly what the test machines have discovered.
